The social pact

Michel Lambert (PS mayor of Flers) speaks after the case of the exclusion of two girls from the college Jean Monnet of his city. For him, the "social pact" guarantees freedom as long as it does not undermine public order. It extends to the whole of society, including the school, where the debate on secularism is also a problem of social life.
