Interview with Roland DUMAS on his return from a mission in Libya to meet Colonel Gadhafi. He spoke about the conditions of this unofficial mission and the differences between his duties and those of the Minister of External Relations. He was sent to Libya as a special envoy of François Mitterrand and not as a minister. He concludes by saying that he is not passing judgment on Gaddafi.
