New controversy on agricultural basins, water reserves, in Charente
The irrigation difficulties farmers have been experiencing for several summers have led them to set up replacement reserves. They are filled with river water in winter and are used in summer. But this system is not unanimous among farmers, especially the Confédération paysanne has expressed its disagreement.
