Following on from the Nuit Blanche, Christophe GIRARD, Deputy Mayor for Culture, presented his cultural project for the city to the Paris Council today. Alternation of factual images of the Council meeting and archival images of the Nuit Blanche, with the interview of Christophe GIRARD on his cultural policy and the reactions of Catherine DUMAS and Hélène MACE de LEPINAY, UMP councillors of Paris.
