In order to make science accessible to the general public, including children, researchers meet with them on the occasion of the 10th Science Festival. In this perspective, the students of the Bollaert school of the 19th district were given a lesson in chemistry applied to cooking by the Nobel Prize winner of physics, Georges CHARPAK.
