In the face of drugs and insecurity in the Stalingrad district, what does the police do? Crack addicts are still there and so are drug dealers. For three weeks, associations and residents have been demonstrating every Tuesday for more security in their neighbourhood. Interviews with Fabrice FONTAINE, a local resident, Roland MAUCOURANT, head of the 3rd district police district, Alain SFEZ, a local shopkeeper.
