Dans le cadre de la politique de développement durable de La Poste, les 400 facteurs du Limousin vont tous suivre une formation d'une journée à l'éco-conduite. Ils vont apprendre à réduire leur consommation de carburant pour effectuer leurs tournées en voiture. On suit Carine Frugier, factrice à Saint-Junien, en formation d'éco-conduite. Interviews de Frédéric Bourcheix, formateur en éco-conduite, de Carine Frugier, et de Jean-Pierre Grandet, directeur du centre du courrier de Saint-Junien.
