La langue universelle "espéranto" est un vieux projet né il y a 100 ans, et le premier congrès mondial d'espéranto se tenait à Boulogne. Un siècle plus tard, les espérantistes de la région ont voulu faire le point sur cette utopie d'une langue parlée dans le monde entier, avec un rassemblement de 600 personnes en colloque pour 4 jours sur la Côte d'Opale.
