According to him, for a quidam, 3/4 of a liter of wine a day is a reasonable amount. The diet of top athletes is stricter, one drink per meal. Doctor Jean Généty specifies that the French athletes selected at the Olympic Games in London had lacked wine which had created psychological incidents.
