On the occasion of the World Youth Day, the French couturier Jean-Charles de CASTELBAJAC designed and produced the chasubles that were worn by the bishops and in particular by Pope John Paul II. Genesis of the manufacture of liturgical garments made voluntarily by the embroidery workshops François LESAGE and the Maison MICHEL for the mitre of the Holy Father. Interview with Jean Charles de CASTELBAJAC declaring to be proud to accomplish this unifying work which participates, according to him, in the same quest for the absolute.
