Mise en place d'une filière d'huile végétale locale à Villeneuve-sur-Lot (Lot-et-Garonne) où les céréaliers et les éleveurs cultivent du tournesol permettant la production d'huile végétale pure qui servira de biocarburant mais aussi d'alimentation animale. Respectant la directive européenne sur les biocarburants, la filière est pourtant visée par des actions judiciaires émanant de l'Etat français, sous influence des lobbys pétroliers.
