Discrimination against women in employment in 1983

In 1983, one in six executives was a woman. If the diplomas are equivalent to those of men the salaries do not follow. The salaries of women executives are 40% lower than those of their male colleagues. An executive woman looking for work evokes discrimination in hiring which for her is obvious. It illustrates this dicrimination by words spoken by a man during a job interview; a very competent, highly organized woman becomes a danger to men in the company.
