Pour l'un d'entre eux "les noirs sont clairement favorisés avec moins de qualifications". Un enseignant voit que la diversité est meilleure parmi les gens qui occupent les postes les plus élevés dans la société. Il y a 30 ans il y avait très peu de noirs.
