Interviewed by André Bercoff, Philippe Bilger, former General Counsel, stresses that it is quite exciting for a legal professional, to have to deal with jurors "who have a free mind, virgin, and who are of perfect spontaneity". He specifies, however, that the fear they may manifest should not be used by (legal) professionals to influence them.
