An update on the Grand Louvre project after the finance minister’s decision to delay the departure of his services in Bercy. Explanation of the work on plans and models and reaction of the architect Ieoh Ming PEI stating that it would be catastrophic if the Richelieu part (the wing of the Ministry of Finance) could not be renovated at the same time as the rest of the project: "The Louvre is like a body, without Richelieu, like a body without arms".
