Following the blackout that has paralyzed France, Alexis Dejou, EDF General Delegate in charge of policy, is interviewed on the French consumption planning in a few years. He explains that for the future, things are more vague and random. It is very difficult for them to assess the desire of their subscribers to switch to electricity to abandon oil. In the medium term, at two or three decades, he believes that the only realistic solution for France is nuclear energy.
