Claude Lelouch writes a tailor-made role for Johnny Hallyday

Johnny Hallyday and Claude Lelouch meet on the set of "Bastard, we love you" after more than 40 years. If in the 1960s it was Lelouch who made the singer’s scopitones, they made only one film together "Adventure is adventure" in 1972. Johnny HALLYDAY explains that the role that Lelouch wrote him fits perfectly. LELOUCH had promised him that they would return a film together: "I always told him: when you have the right face, we will make a great film together, we will make a real film. And it’s true that Johnny’s face is a novel". HALLYDAY concluded by laughing: "he told me, well you have a much more interesting face than when you were younger". The interviews are interspersed with footage from the shoot.
