The retirement home Le Castel, of Sainte Sévère sur Indre is understaffed. The number of residents to increase but not the number of staff. We’re missing some of the medics. Interviewed, a person from the management explains "If we do not have enough staff, we will see what? (...) , do we want to see reindeer in our establishments, establishments of the dying type...".
