Présentation pédagogique d'un imprimé de constat amiable par Jacques Bollaert (vice-président du Comité automobile des Sociétés d'assurances accidents), qui parle de la simplicité et surtout de l'efficacité de ce nouveau moyen de déclaration d'accidents, apparu il y a deux années : "Avec ce document, pas de problème... Les sinistres ayant donné lieu à la rédaction du constat amiable signé des deux parties sont réglés dans un délai très bref, deux fois plus court... Donc, ne vous fâchez pas, remplissez tranquillement le constat, ces 3 minutes vous feront gagner 3 mois..."
