Cousteau: the shark-killing scene in the film "The World of Silence"

While the film "The World of Silence" will be presented for the first time on television, 15 years after its release at the cinema, the commander Jacques Yves COUSTEAU responds to a remark of viewers regarding the cruelty of the scene of shark massacre. He explains that, at the time, the public had absolutely not protested against these scenes of animal abuse. He is also pleased that mentalities have changed in this regard, just as he himself was shocked in retrospect of some scenes of his film.
