Raymond Aron: Independent Algeria, its disagreement with Kennedy
Interviewé, le philosophe Raymond Aron, fait référence à son livre "La tragédie algérienne", écrit en 1957 et sa mauvaise utilisation par le sénateur américain John-Fitzgérald Kennedy. Il explique s'être entretenu avec Kennedy à ce sujet : "...j'en avais été fâché, parce que je trouvais que moi, citoyen français, j'avais le droit d'exprimer mon opinion favorable à l'indépendance algérienne, mais que lui sénateur américain n'avait qu'à se mêler de ses affaires...".
