The operation of Interpol or the police of the world

Presentation of the functioning of Interpol, the member countries of the international criminal police organization created in Vienna in 1915, it takes its name in 1956. Discovery of its numerous files centralizing information on criminals from several countries: a centralized file with more than 500,000 names allowing Interpol’s national member police to act for the arrest of wanted criminals, a file of international criminal fingerprints, files with colour indexes that enable the faster retrieval of the file of a wanted individual, a perforated file for a criminal case, cross-checking the files by overlapping the files to find the folder of a sought person.
