After the screening of the film "Messieurs les ronds de cuirs" by Henri Diamant Berger, adapted from the novel of the same name by Georges Courteline, Joseph PASTEUR leads a debate on civil servants and their relations with their users, their image with the public with the participation of the writer Georges CONCHON, the actor Raymond BUSSIERES, former civil servant and four officials of the Ministry of PTT: Mrs BORDES , Mrs BESSE, telephone specialists, Mrs MATHIAS, responsible for liaison with important users and Mrs LACROIX, teller. Raymond BUSSIERES and Georges CONCHON give their opinion on the subject and evoke the "boss' side of the user facing the "official" while an official of the PTT testifies.
