Behind the scenes of Matignon’s mail service

Behind the scenes of the Prime Minister’s mail service in Matignon. It covers two floors, employs 45 people, and receives up to 1,200 letters a day. A diagonal reading allows for sorting and we see that mail requesting assistance is frequent, and that many of the senders turn to the Prime Minister as a last resort. Interview with Marie-France Desrues, Head of the Intervention Department, and Frédéric Allouchery, Mail Service Employee.
