Entretien avec maître Monique ANTOINE sur le projet de loi qui va modifier plusieurs dispositions relatives aux régimes matrimoniaux : "projet de loi satisfaisant. Il y a encore inégalité dans la filiation naturelle. La plus grande inégalité, c'est que l'enfant légitime ne porte pas le nom de la mère mais seulement celui du père. Il faudrait une réforme de l'article 314 du code civil pour que l'enfant naturel ou légitime porte le nom du père ou de la mère.
