Home Minister Charles Pasqua intends to introduce two bills. One of the two concerns the legalization of preventive identity checks. Interviewed, Henri LECLERC, Vice-President of the League of Human Rights explains: "...it is quite obvious, that what is dramatic is that we will generalize the control to the face, that is to say that we will control the identity not of everyone and everyone thinks that we will not control his identity, we will control those who have a head of stranger...".
