On October 17, 1961, in the middle of the Algerian war, dozens of demonstrators were wounded by bullets, thrown into the Seine and drowned by police unleashed under the orders of Maurice PAPON. A hidden and forgotten massacre that is still controversial today. The Parisian police and the State have still not recognized their responsibility in these events. Interview with Jean Michel Mansion, Comité pour la paix en Algérie, political scientist Olivier Le Cour Grandmaison, historian Jean Luc Einaudi
