Financial Crime: Judicial Fatigue

On the occasion of the release of a book entitled "A World Without Laws", written by seven European judges responsible for anti corruption, tax havens and dirty money laundering, some of them gave an exceptional interview on their perception of the problem facing justice. Interview with Bernard Bertosssa, Prosecutor of Geneva, underlines the absence of an effective international collaboration and expresses the weariness and admiration for his French colleagues who have to manage files in number, guarantees that they will not be able to complete their investigations.
