On the occasion of the release of a book entitled "A World Without Laws", written by seven European judges responsible for anti corruption, tax havens and dirty money laundering, some of them gave an exceptional interview on their perception of the problem facing justice. Interview with Laurence Vichnievsky, investigating judge, who stresses the speed of transfer of millions via Internet while it takes a period of three to six months at best to obtain a return on a request for assistance, information from a foreign country.
