During the election campaign of the presidential election, the broadcast of candidates, presumed or declared, to this election is subject to strict rules imposed by the CSA (Conseil Supérieur de l'Audiovisuel). Reference to these rules, their criteria and their applications, an explanation of the distribution of speaking time according to the different periods of the campaign, and methods of monitoring and recording these speaking times.
