Philippe Frette, a homosexual, has made several adoption requests that have been systematically refused. The European Court of Human Rights was seized and did not recognize as discriminatory that France rejects its adoption applications because of its homosexuality. His interview is completed by those of Daniel Borillo, lawyer and Jean Paul Pouliquen, initiator of the law on the PACS alternating with a commentary on illustration images.
