Paul Verhoeven in Deauville: meeting with his former French teacher
Present at the Deauville festival to present his film "L'homme sans ombre", director Paul VERHOEVEN finds nearly fifty years later, his former French teacher at the Lycée de Saint Quentin. He introduced him to cinema in a movie club. Interviewed, Paul VERHOEVEN explains: "...I have always thought and I am deeply grateful to him, that I owed him my vocation, a vocation that is much more for me a hobby and a pleasure than a job".
