Catherine CHABAUD, last competitor of the Vendée Globe Challenge, tells with great emotion what she felt when she arrived in Les Sables d'Olonnes. "There was a beautiful light. I was both happy to arrive but then unhappy to leave the sea, it’s funny what’s going on with her." Images of Catherine CHABAUD’s arrival on her sailboat and surrounded by small boats and people who came to welcome her. She finds her parents and kisses them happily.
