Two dead (two policemen) and two seriously wounded (the attacker and a tourist) were shot at the Capitol in Washington. The author RUSSELL Eugene WESTON, 41, lived in MONTANA, suffered from a mental disorder and was known to the police for having made threats against Bill CLINTON.
