OSS 117: A hero who pays big

Josette BRUCE, wife of the deceased Jean BRUCE, father of "OSS 117", takes over from her husband: she continues to write the successful spy novels and has just published the 113th novel of the collection. Filmed at home, she describes the character of OSS 117: "he big, beautiful, seductive with a bit of cynicism...". "He conducts himself with women as they like a man to conduct himself...". Josette BRUCE admits to earning a lot of money thanks to OSS 117: with the publication of the 113th novel, she calculated that she had 60 novels left to write to catch up with her husband who wrote 87 and who took 10 days to write a novel. She admits having written 7 novels the first year after her husband’s death. Note the humorous tone of the report punctuating the remarks of Josette BRUCE with the sounds of cash drawers.
