Twenty months after the hostage-taking at the CTD printing house in Dammartin-en-Goële, where the KOUACHI brothers, alleged perpetrators of the attack on Charlie hebdo, had entrenched themselves, the President of the Republic came to present the Legion of Honour to the two men present in the printing press that day and inaugurated the reopening.
