Etienne Weil, a young child, first arrived in Chambon-sur-Lignon in 1943. He was then 7 years old. 40 years later, he returns to the places where he was welcomed. He remembers the education of his mother who said to him: "Your name is not Weil, you are not Jewish". This fear of saying that he is Jewish has "stuck to his stomach for years". Interviewed in front of the facade of the house where it was collected, "The Hive" it shows the house near where Germans lived.
