At Merlebach, in Moselle, private people decorate gardens and houses with electric garlands, for Christmas. All compete with imagination. After the long installation, the time of the show arrives. Neighbours hurry to admire the work. Interviews with village residents and François, a participant: "it makes me happy and I love children and especially I do this for children".
