Filmed by an amateur videographer, the violence and fights that took place in the Briquetterie City of the North Amiens district between young harkis and Forces de l'ordre, were indeed triggered by the intervention of the CRS themselves. The Prefect after viewing the tape could only give reason to the young harkis after deception of the CRS.
