Dispute over arms contract with Libya

Following the controversy raised by the statement of Seif el Islam GADDAFI on the conditions for the release of Bulgarian nurses, the French government confirms the existence of an important arms contract with Libya. The Socialist Party is calling for the creation of a parliamentary committee of inquiry. President Nicolas Sarkozy says he is in favour of it.
