Like Paris and its Vélib, the big cities of the region already had their bikes in self-service, but in Orléans and Tours, we go to the upper stadium with bicycle taxis, a bit similar to Asian sprouts. At Tours, this new service, marketed by Veolia and named "Cyclopolitain", uses electric tricycles. A driver driving in the city center explains that it is quite sporty. A passenger says that when she is transported in this Cyclopolitan everyone smiles at her. Another evokes his pleasure to move like this.
