Eric Dupond-Moretti on the corporatism of magistrates

Following the decision to exonerate Judge BURGAUD from any fault in the Outreau case, Eric DUPOND-MORETTI (defence lawyer) denounces corporatism in the judiciary: "I denounced corporatism in the judiciary, this corporatism which made that 64 magistrates had to know about Outreau’s file and that nobody blocked the machine... Well, we have one more illustration of what corporatism is when judges look at the work of judges, that’s what it looks like."
