The future cadres of the State rebel against the authority of the State. Indeed, about forty students spent the night in the premises of the National School of Administration, in order to protest against the project of moving the ENA to Strasbourg. Images of students preparing to spend the night in the premises of the ENA, in Paris, and interviews of three of them, among whom we recognize Valérie PECRESSE, who became, a few years later, deputy and then minister. This is his first (stealthy) appearance on television.
