The commentary on images of a demonstration of the weapon alternates with the interviews of Jean-Jacques DORRZAPH, from the Centre for Research and Study of Logistics (CREL), Christophe FICHOT, Commissioner at CREL, and young people interviewed in a city in Lyon, that testify to the violence of the weapon.
