Mohamed ALI alias Cassius CLAY was instructed by the President of the United States to convince African countries not to participate in the Olympic Games organized by Moscow. At the end of his interview with President Jimmy Carter, Mohamed ALI gives a press conference in front of the White House, on his role as a diplomat for African countries. He told the journalists who questioned him: "Don’t laugh, one day a black man might be president of the United States".
