During the municipal elections in Corte, in the heart of Upper Corsica, there were 4,300 registered voters and more than 9,000 voters... With 5300 votes too many, the participation record was shattered. In a café, some voters express themselves on this subject, especially the bartender who says he probably voted several times, while concluding: "and yet I was not there".
