Entry into force of the Ottawa Treaty prohibiting the manufacture, storage, use and trade in anti-personnel mines: 132 countries whose France has signed this treaty but the largest manufacturers of these mines such as the United States, China, Russia, India, Iraq and Israel have not subscribed to it. Report in the village of Jungamo in Mozambique which is one of the countries most affected by this scourge.
