Léon Mba, Nouakchott conference

The Nouakchott conference, which brought together the Heads of State of French-speaking Africa, gave birth to a new joint African and Malagasy organization, OCAM, which succeeds UAM. In an interview, Léon M'BA, President of Gabon, explains that the conference participants have taken a stand "against certain heads of African States who maintain subversion, training camps (...) and cause harm to the new States that need peace and stability".
