Report in Paris on the harshness of the winter of 1963. Views of various sites of the capital under the snow: the Eiffel Tower, Place de la Concorde, Notre-Dame Cathedral under the snow, a street with men pushing a bus skating. Several images of Montmartre: the Moulin de la Galette, a painter in front of his painting, the Sacré-Coeur, a skier and toboggan followers descending the path along the funicular, police officers talking with them, at the foot of the improvised track.
