Brasilia, inaugurated in 1960, is the new capital of Brazil. Built in the middle of the desert, it was established there to attract inland population and economic activity, then mainly concentrated in the major coastal cities. However, the social mix imagined at the beginning was lost along the way. Interview with the President of Brazil Juscelino KUBITSCHEK. He evokes the genesis of Brasilia and explains why he lives in Rio.
